If you have yet to download our mobile app, please do so by searching for Raisin Rack in your App Store or Play Store. On the mobile app, these deals will be found under Rewards, which can be reached through the main menu. Look for signage and tags at our stores for these offers. These incentives will be available through the rewards program and also on Raisin Rack’s mobile app. This enhanced program will give customers the opportunity to take advantage of special discounts and offers on individual items and selected product lines. Raisin Rack points are assigned for all regularly stocked items. These updated terms of use went into effect when the new program was launched on July 1. That allows you to keep track of your progress.įor all points associated with customers who haven’t visited our stores for one year, they will remain for 365 days until they expire. Your points balance will continue to be available on the bottom of your printed or email receipt. To avoid confusion, the reward will always be the fixed $5 amount for 500 points. Please note that Raisin Rack will no longer offer incremental reward amounts such as $11.25 for 1,125 points.
Once you’ve reached 500 points and redeemed a reward, you automatically start earning points toward another $5 reward. We are making this change to keep you from having to wait to use your points. The current redemption level is $10 after accumulating 1,000 points. We’re excited to announce that our customers will be able to redeem a $5 reward after earning 500 Raisin Rack points. On July 1, Raisin Rack Natural Food Market launched a dynamic change to our rewards program that will provide faster redemption of your customer loyalty points.
